Here you have the regular info we provide for the Monarch butterfly colective
tour from Morelia:


Hola, amigos,

Yes, it´s possible. We have tours for that day, --------, to the Monarch
Sanctuary. It costs $550 pesos per person, including admission fee,
transport and bilingual guide services. We require a minnimum of two people.
Lunch included if there are at least four passengers. Tour lasts aprox 10
hours.

The meeting point will be at 8:30 am at Guillermo Prieto 30, a few steps
from the northwestern corner of the main plaza (de Armas). This is a very
typical restaurant (La Casa del Portal) but the restaurant´s people are not
part of MMG and they are not responsable for the tour. We have there a little office.
Please wait for us by the entrance of the restaurant, unless you want to
consume something, in which case, please, be ready at the indicated time. In
certain conditions we need to start earlier. Be waiting for our
instructions.

Please confirm this very same way number of people and your places will be
reserved and you will pay in one of these two ways:

To PAY:

a) Please, use Paypal to deposit 50% in advance of your total. Use a Paypal
account that let you transfer in mexicano pesos and, in order of been
symbolically charged, pay selecting "GIFT" or a similar option.

The other 50% you´ll pay it the day you arrive to Morelia when touring or
in our office.

We´ll give you in our next e mail a receipt of your deposit with a
confirmation number which you´ll need to pay the rest.

Please, recover to us any charge of Paypal to the money you send, in case
PayPal discount it from us for been sent in a different option. We´ll e-mail to you a copy of
the charge, in case there´s any.

b) Don´t worry if you don´t make it on time to find our office open the day
before your arrival. For us
it´s enough if we sent your conf number. Once we send it we book you, and
you can pay at the beggining of the tour, once in the vehicle, which will
have your places reserved.

c) If this ways to pay are not enough for you and need to be even more sure
or if you don´t use PayPal,
make a deposit to our bank. Deposit cost goes on your own, but we know there
are banks in US and Canada that charge litlle. It´s easier from any mexicano
bank. Cancelling with two weeks in advance will be charged with only a 10%
of deposited; between two weeks and 5 days, with a 20%; 4 to 3 days with a
30%, 2 days in advance 40%, one day in advance with 50%, and no show up to
the tour at the agreed time, will make you loose your deposit.

d) If you live somewhere in Mexico, please, use bank Bancomer to deposit to
our account. Ask for it.


OTHER TOURS AND SERVICES

Aswell we offer tours to other parts of Michoacan, like Patzcuaro, Uruapan
and The Paricutin Volcano. We can reserve for you one of these tours, either
private or colective,  if you need, aswell as transportation from anywhere
to Morelia or viceverse.  Local airport is located at 30 minutos away from
the city´s down town. We can arrange reliable taxi or other vehicle to pick
you up there.

If you´re comming by bus from Mexico City, let us reccomend to take the bus
at Central Observatorio, not from any other buses central. Two hours less to
Morelia from Observatorio. Morelia has its own international airport.

We can offer aswell a private tour from Mexico City with a visit to one
Sanctuary on the way to Morelia and then continue on to Morelia the same
day, to drop you off at your hotel. This way you save one day, transforming
your trasfering day into the visit day, into the great day.

If you want to explore this option, or some variations of it (like a
transfer to from Morelia to Mexico with a visit on the way to the piramids
of Teotihuacan, or the viceverse!) ask for it, please.
